Handmade in India

The Daughters of India signature Kyra design in soft colours of Cumin. This everyday mini dress features romantic billowing sleeves and optional front tie detailing with a full bodied skirt free of underlining, making it one of our most comfortable styles due to the heavenly-soft lightness of the material. Our signature floral pattern feels uplifting and vibrant on this maternity and breast feeding friendly design. A classic mini dress you will want in every colour! Shine your light in Cumin.

Material ~ 100% Cotton. Depending on each individual, some find the material sheer. A slip may be worn underneath if desired.

Garment Care ~ We recommend a gentle, cold water hand wash using natural detergents, and hang drying in the shade. Handcrafted garments are delicate, however, designed to last when treated mindfully with love and care.

Light and flowy

Liked the dress as it was light and flowy, bought size L as I thought it would fit my measurements. However the bust line and waist didn’t fit me well so I have to adjust the dress every now and then esp when I move my arms. Like some others have mentioned, would be good if the dress had a lining or slip of sorts, and pockets would be great too. But overall it is still a lovely dress for a relaxing day out!:) plan to get other colours!

This was to leave the flexibility of the garment up to our customers so they can choose to wear something under them or not. We recommend using a nude underwear set, or a little slip from your local department store if that would suit you better. It's a personal preference, but, we are certainly taking onboard this feedback. The Kyra Dress is very soft and flowy, however around the bust can be quite fitted. If you are looking for more of a generous fit, we would recommend sizing up. The dress is beautiful, roomy and flows with the wind. BUT it is absolutely see through!!! You definitely need to wear a slip or something underneath. That is the only problem I have with the dress.
